1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Axionmind's website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Service Description

Axionmind provides artificial intelligence services including:

• Intelligent Document Processing: Automated document classification and data extraction
• Knowledge Graph Construction: Entity relationship mapping and knowledge representation
• AI Ethics Review: Assessment of AI systems for ethical implications

Services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that our services will always be error-free or meet all your specific requirements. While we work to achieve high accuracy, AI systems have inherent limitations and require human oversight.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all submissions
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials
• Ensure all data you provide is owned by you or you have appropriate permissions to use
• Not attempt to disrupt or damage our systems or services

4. Intellectual Property

Axionmind retains all rights to our technology, methodologies, and platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your authorised business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our systems without written permission.

You retain ownership of data you provide to us. By submitting data, you grant us the right to process it to deliver our services to you.

5. Payment Terms

Service pricing is communicated in our service proposals. Payment terms are detailed in individual service agreements. Prices are stated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise agreed. We invoice upon service commencement or upon major project milestones.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or government fees.

6. Confidentiality

Axionmind maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data and business information. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly agreed in writing. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI systems will achieve 100% accuracy
• Services will meet all your specific requirements

AI systems have inherent limitations. You are responsible for verifying results, conducting appropriate human review, and not relying solely on AI output for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axionmind's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees owed through the termination date. We will assist in transitioning your data as agreed.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to Hong Kong courts' jurisdiction.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage parties to engage in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution.
